Hair blow adalah salah satu pelayanan salon yang paling menggiurkan, kenapa saya bilang paling menggiurkan? Karena dengan kurang lebih 1 jam, rambut kamu yang berantakan, sekejap bisa menjadi rapi dan sangat cantik.

Selain di salon, banyak juga para wanita yang melakukan hal ini di rumah, selain menghemat biaya, sekarang ini sudah banyak blower yang berbentuk sisir roll, sehingga all we have to do is just roll it, and voila! your hair is done.

Tetapi, tahukah kamu, bahwa ada beberapa hal yang harus diperhatikan dalam mengeringkan rambut? Ini adalah beberapa pengalaman pribadi saya, karena saya sendiri banyak mempunyai masalah dengan kerontokan rambut. Jadi untuk merawat rambut, saya perlu ekstra hati-hati.

Salah satunya, rambut kita ada pada titik terlemah saat sedang basah, once it gets wet, kamu harus hati2 dalam memegang rambutmu, bila asal tarik/ sisiran kasar (which many salon did this) rambut kamu bisa putus dan rontok. Begitu juga dengan penggunaan hair dryer, kamu harus menjaga jarak dari hair dryer dengan rambut kamu, karena panas dari hair dryer bila terlalu dekat bisa merusak batang rambut kamu, dan menjadikan rambut kamu rapuh serta mudah patah.

Jadi saran saya, and i did this most of the time.. Bila kamu sedang tidak diburu waktu, dan tidak harus tampil prima, kamu bisa mengeringkan rambut kamu dengan cara mengeringkan dengan handuk, dan sisanya dapat biarkan kering sendiri.

Atau, dengan cara basuh dengan handuk, setelah setengah kering, bisa dibantu dengan hair dryer bersuhu rendah, bisa juga dikeringkan di depan kipas angin. Bantu dengan handuk kering, dan yang paling penting jangan di sisir. Bila rambut sudah kering, baru sisir secara perlahan rambut kamu.

Mengakali rambut yang rapuh memang susah-susah gampang, banyak dari kita yang melakukan kesalahan dengan mengecat, catok, smoothing, keriting and so much things which can damage our hair. Tapi pasti ada cara untuk mengembalikan rambut kita, agar kembali sehat dan cantik. Jadi jangan pernah menyerah dalam mengurus rambut, karena, rambut adalah mahkota wanita :)

Ps: Saya pribadi tidak pernah lagi memakai conditioner, saya lebih memilih menggunakan vitamin rambut. Saya aplikasikan ke ujung2 rambut ketika rambut sudah setengah kering, setelah itu baru dikeringkan. Hal tersebut untuk menjaga kelembapan rambut agar rambut tidak kering.

Penting sekali dalam tubuh kita untuk beristirahat, karena pada saat beristirahat, seluruh organ dan bagian tubuh, bahkan otak kita sejenak merileks, dan membentuk sel-sel baru bagi tubuh.

Itulah yang disebut orang beauty sleep, kenapa beauty sleep? Karena dengan tidur teratur (tidak kurang dan tidak lebih), badan kita menjadi prima, terutama baik untuk kulit, dan yang paling penting wajah.

Pernahkah kamu sadari perbedaan wajah kamu bila kamu kurang tidur 1 malam saja, dibanding kamu tidur teratur dalam seminggu? Ya, wajah kamu sangat jauh berbeda. Bahkan dengan make up paling mahal-pun, kulit kusam dan mata berkantung tidak dapat ditutupi.

Maka dari itu, tidur teratur penting adanya. Tidur yang cukup adalah tidur selama 7-8 jam. Sebaiknya sebelum kamu tidur minumlah air putih terlebih dahulu. karena saat tidur cairan didalam tubuh kita berkurang, dan dapat menyebabkan kulit kering.

Disamping memulai tidur teratur, ada baiknya mata sembap akibat kurang tidur dibantu dikurangi dengan menggunakan krim mata. Krim/ Jel mata terbukti dapat mengurangi bayangan hitam karena kurang tidur pada mata.

Selain krim/ jel, kamu juga bisa mengompres mata dengan es, strawberi atau mentimun. Kandungan acidnya dapat mengurangi bayangan hitam pada wajah.

Tetapi intinya adalah, tidur itu penting! Karena pada saat itulah seluruh tubuh yang kita ajak beraktifitas hampir 15 jam per hari bisa bersitirahat dan kembali mengisi tenaga. Jadi, lets turn off your computer and go get some sleep! ;)

Ps: Saya pribadi juga terkadang tidur terlambat, untuk mengatasinya, sebelum tidur saya langsung oleskan krim mata di bagian sekitar mata dengan sedikit massage ringan di area mata. Krim/Jel mata sebaiknya disimpan didalam kulkas, karena efek sejuk pada saat diaplikasikan membuat mata lebih rileks.

What do you know about sunblock?

Ya, apa yang kamu tau tentang sunblock? baru-baru ini pertanyaan itu yang ada di kepala saya.

Menanggapi tentang pemanasan global yang semakin marak, isu ozon yang semakin tipis banyak artikel tentang keharusan penggunaan sunblock ber-SPF cukup.

Setelah membaca banyak artikel, browsing dan melakukan sedikit pencarian, saya mendapat sedikit pengertian.

Jadi seperti ini ceritanya,

Cahaya matahari yang kita temui sehari-hari adalah sinar yang mengandung berbagai partikel cahaya, yang baik dan juga tidak baik. Maka dari itu kita memerlukan tabir surya yang memiliki SPF untuk menyaring efek buruk dari sinar matahari yang dapat merusak sel kulit kita.

Bila kulit kita terkena cahaya matahari secara terus-menerus tanpa ada perlindungan, sel-sel kulit seperti kolagen akan hancur, kolagen itu sendiri adalah sel kulit yan berfungsi untuk membuat kekencangan dan kekenyalan pada kulit. Bila sel kolagen mati, otomatis kulit kita jadi berkurang memproduksi sel kulit baru dan menjadikan kulit kering, kusan dan bahkan kendur.

Jadi penting adanya memakai sunblock untuk keseharian kita. Bila kamu beraktifitas setiap hari di kantor, di kampus dimana jarang terkena sinar matahari, bisa menggunakan moisturizer ber-SPF, sehingga kulit tetap terlindungi. Tetapi bila kamu beraktifitas diluar ruangan tiap hari nya, penggunaan sunblock wajib adanya.

Sunblock juga mempunyai berbagai macam tipe, dari mulai jenis SPF sampai bentuk fisik. Bila kamu tipe kulit wajah yang berminyak, kamu bisa mencari sunblock atau pelembap ber-SPF yang berbentuk jel, sehingga menyerap dan tidak memberikan efek berminyak pada kulit wajah.

Tetapi bila kamu tipe kulit yang normal, pakai saja sunblock yang normal.

Penggunaan sunblock juga harus di aplikasikan ke seluruh bagian tubuh yang terbuka. Dan, apabila kamu termasuk yang sering beraktifitas di luar ruangan, aplikasikan kembali sunblock setiap 2 jam sekali.

Jumlah SPF juga mempengaruhi efek dari pemakaian sunblock, semakin tinggi SPF nya, maka semakin aman perlindungannya. Tetapi di suhu dan keterikan matahari seperti di Jakarta, ada baiknya kita menggunakan minimal SPF 20.

Saya pribadi hanya menggunakan pelembap ber-SPF 20. saya aplikasikan pada pagi hari sesudah mencuci muka. Lalu baru dilanjutkan dengan berbagai rangkaian make-up. Biasanya sesudah pelembap, baru saya aplikasikan light foundation dan bedak. Untuk tangan dan kaki, saya menggunakan sunblock biasa.

Intinya adalah, sudah saatnya kita peduli terhadap kulit kita. Pelembap biasa untuk wajah dan badan bukan lagi hal dasar pada perawatan kulit, tambahkan sunblock kedalam basic treatment kamu.

Perlindungan sekarang menjadi tabungan yang akan datang. Lindungi kulitmu sekarang, maka kulit indah, sehat,bersih dan kencang di masa tua akan menjadi milik kamu! ;)

since i dont post anything since i dont know how long ( xp ) , i've decided to post something new from my "hello am i still ur" blog..

in fact, i do have something pop up in my mind, and i really wanna do this project, hoppefully do come true, and running constantly (yes, constantly, cause i have like 4 seasons mood to post, nyehee)

okay anyways, the pop up thing in my mind is just like this :

1. first of all, it came from my experience during my interns programme.. i work in publishing company, and i work for area magazine (guide to everything jakarta) --> the tag line is, so as i work for them, read it everytime i working on it, and anything inside it, there's such something huge i think, then

2. i think this so called project that pop ups in my mind : i wanna write&capture everything i see, meet, learn, do, hear (can i?) or wathever it called, everyday, and post it here. (since i still live here-jakarta, so the writing and picture are manythings from this 'full of surprises jakarta')

this project quite excite me, hopefully it went well (fingercross) :p

today i've been soo happy, first,, after i finish my thing, i go to meet my dad and sister in hospital for my daddy medical treatment, after that me and my sist drop my daddy home and go for late lunch, such a give, we find a new restaurant nearby and its gorgeous yet affordable!! i love it!, and the other lovely thing is at night, me and my fam going for dinner together!! oh i miss the old time, cause lately all of us been a bit busy with our thing. well now i just got home and deadly tired,since i dont post anything lately, i really want to upload some of picture today,, but, maybe later :p hehe afterall i really love my family and really enjoy all of familia thingyss :)) night everyone!

this afternoon i have no idea to do,so me and my bf going to watch some movie and chitchat ing in one of famous junkfood restaurant. well i love spending whole time with my bf, we talk about cross over, war, our jobless time (haha yes we are jobless, well, i still peeking for an internship and my bf just graduate from college), and i just thinking about learn how to photograph something in some other point of view. so this is some picture i catch between swiss mushroom and 9/11 tragedy :D

yes! its sunday, happy sunday everyone! well, i did drop by to video ezy (yes i am 'still' a member and still rent bunch film from them) to return some film i rented, and i find some old indonesian movie (not that 'old' maybe).. its "arisan"!

its a film by nia dinata (one of the greatest) tell a story about high society in jakarta and the drama inside it.. i love this film, although it is not my top5 favorite movie,but i pretty love it. well looks like im gonna spend

my night watching this stunning movie :)), hope i dont wake up late tomorrow :) good night!

and oh, yes, i remember, my bf just return my 'sixtysix' vcd. hooah after a longtime he borrowed from me.. and actually never watch it, till i force him to watch or i take it back. haha sound scared right? but i have to, because its such a GREAT movie, yes guys, its great! one of my favorite, i beg you watch it! :DD

so from this definition, i think about what human by human show their artistic expression (like it said), execution, and maybe performance characterizing.
